The DRC is a non-resident facility, which is designed to serve a targeted population of non-violent offenders with an offense and prior record of conviction level that authorize an intermediate punishment. It will be the latter step of continuum of intermediate sanction for offenders prior to renovation/incarnation, providing additional community corrections alternatives. Director: Karen P.
